We have seven bedrooms in the house of which four are used for B&B purposes.

Two of our lettable rooms have en suites and two share a bathroom (although an additional shower room and WC are located on the ground floor meaning no one gets inconvenienced). The property has in total 6 WCs, two baths (one of which is a jacuzzi bath) with both having built in showers.

The former swimming pool has been converted to use as a residents lounge with Pool table and surround sound projector screen with all TV Channels. Ideal for relaxing after a busy day out. For further relaxation we have a steam room that can accommodate four people which is available for guests use for a small local charge.

Our conservatory offers marvellous views of the Pentland hills while our recently constructed summer house is ideal on sunny days.
