From the west or North: you exit the A720 which is the city bypass at the Straiton Junction. Take the third exit (right) and straight through the second roundabout. You will pass Ikea on the left hand side. Penicuik is straight ahead on this road (the A701). On entering Penicuik turn right at the first set of lights. Tesco is to your left and the "Cuiken Inn" to your right. Turn right here up Queensway and carry on for about a mile. Look out for a street to the left named Terregles. We are almost opposite this.

Coming from the SOUTH from Peebles/Borders: go directly through Penicuik on the A701 almost exiting the town until you arrive at the Traffic lights as described above. Turn Left here at the Cuiken Inn (Tesco to the right) and follow the remaining steps as outlined above also.

Coming from SOUTH WEST from West Linton on the A766: Take the first opening on the Left as you enter Penicuik (opposite playing fields). This is Rullion Road but we are considerably further along. Travel in excess of a mile looking for Cuiken Terrace on your Right. We are about another 100m on the left.

From EDINBURGH: go straight out the city on the A701 until you reach Straiton Roundabout. This is heading in a southerly direction signposted for Carlisle. Once at Straiton follow the same directions as indicated in the west/north description.
